DEAL – JUST NOW: Club reconsidered the signing of the talented star

Versus / Ramón Sosa, el más destacado de Talleres en el clásico cordobés

Nottingham Forest have ‘changed terms’ on the deal offered to Argentine side Talleres for Ramón Sosa, causing the transfer to come to a standstill. Forest aims to sign the Paraguayan international winger and has been in negotiations with Talleres to finalize the deal.

The two clubs recently reached a verbal agreement, and Talleres was awaiting confirmation of this agreement in writing.

The Argentine side Talleres is reportedly unhappy as Nottingham Forest has ‘changed terms’ on the contract, according to Paraguayan outlet ABC Cardinal. This has caused the transfer to come to a standstill.

Talleres is insisting that Nottingham Forest ‘respect what was initially agreed.’ If the Premier League side does not revert to the original terms, the transfer seems unlikely to proceed.

Nottingham Forest had previously agreed to a fixed fee and add-ons for the 24-year-old player, who participated in the Copa America earlier this summer.
