Coach Chris Fagan and the selection panel are sticking with the same squad that defeated Carlton in last week’s Elimination Final, aiming for a similar result against the Giants.
This includes key defender Jack Payne, who has recovered from a knee injury that saw him subbed off at halftime in the previous game. Payne passed scans on Monday and trained throughout the week, confirming his place in the team.
The Lions’ bench features Kai Lohmann, Callum Ah Chee, Logan Morris, Brandon Starcevich, and Noah Answerth, while the emergencies are Harry Sharp, Darcy Fort, and Darragh Joyce.
The Semi-Final kicks off at 7:30pm at ENGIE Stadium and will be broadcast live on Seven, Fox Footy, and Kayo. For those unable to attend, behind-the-scenes coverage will be available on the club’s social media channels.
