Jamie Carragher and Danny Murphy in total agreement on ‘fantastic’ £35m Nottingham Forest star

After defeating Crystal Palace 1-0 in the floodlights yesterday night, Nottingham Forest moved up the Premier League standings.

After a close victory, which was made possible by another goal from Chris Wood, the Reds surged to victory.
Forest owes some of the game’s best goalkeeping to Matz Sels, but Palace did have their chances.

However, Nuno Espirito Santo’s club, who are in ninth place going into Friday’s matchup with Leicester, has kept three clean sheets this season.

The Forest head coach observed several outstanding displays from the stands at the City Ground last night.

Espirito Santo would have been pleased with his team’s morale last night, but he is now serving a touchline ban for his actions during a 2-2 draw with Brighton.

Danny Murphy and Jamie Carragher concur on Forest midfielder Elliot Anderson.
The Reds had a great game last night, and there are currently some players on the team that don’t know when to give up.
During the match, Alan Smith praised Elliot Anderson as being “like Lionel Messi,” and the midfielder had a successful evening.
Anderson took over the number 10 spot after Morgan Gibbs-White was injured and banned, and he did not let anyonedown.

“Well, it’s a tale of two keepers in many ways, but just before this goal goes in, Elliot Anderson again is the one who is trying to break lines and run in behind, constantly on the move and trying to impact the game,” Danny Murphy, who was quite impressed, stated on TalkSPORT (9:24 p.m.; 21/10). This implies that Palace must drop off guests.

Jamie Carragher concurred, stating, “Anderson has been fantastic,” on Monday Night Football.

Anderson is money that Forest has used wisely.

For a player who hadn’t really held down a spot at Newcastle, Anderson’s £35 million asking price seemed incredibly high when the news of this agreement broke.

However, it quickly became clear that this deal wasn’t quite so bad after all, since Odysseas Vlachodimos was shortly on his way to St James’ Park for £20 million.

Anderson has already played a variety of roles and has been in every Premier League game this season.

He is 21 years old, full of potential, and the kind of addition that all Forest supporters can agree with and support.

Anderson displayed his skill with the ball at his feet and even attempted a few excellent crosses last night.

After his performance against Palace, Espirito Santo will be thrilled with the versatile player’s performance and want to keep him in the squad.
