“The manager is not all the major problem”: Chris Sutton point out major problems in Rangers after…

After Rangers’ 2-1 Scottish Premiership loss to Aberdeen at Pittodrie on Wednesday, October 30, Chris Sutton did not pass up the chance to make fun of the team.

In contrast to Philippe Clement’s team, Sutton stated after the half that the Dons have a distinct style of play.

The commentator, who never hesitates to poke fun at the Light Blues, also attacked the side’s defence before Nicky Devlin gave the home team their first-half goal.
Sutton stated live on Sky Sports at 8:56 p.m. on October 30 that “Aberdeen actually have a style, we don’t quite know what Rangers are.”
“It’s really passive defending; they deserve the lead.” In order to halt the cross, there must first be a stronger resolve.
“Then, Devlin finished cleanly, third of the season, and [John] Souttar was right behind him.”

“Amazing night and atmosphere at Pittodrie,” Sutton said on his personal X account immediately after the full-time whistle. Well done, Jimmy Thelin and Aberdeen.
“Where do big Phil and the Rangers go from here? The Rangers are corrupt.
Regarding Rangers’ defence against Aberdeen, Chris Sutton is correct.
It is not surprising that Sutton brought up Rangers’ playing style—or lack thereof—live on Sky Sports, considering it has been heavily criticised under Clement.
Regarding his criticism of the defence in the lead-up to Devlin’s goal, not much can be said because multiple players were in fact at fault.
Nedim Bajrami left Devlin unmarked in the box, allowing him to consistently reach the back of the net, while Nicolas Raskin did not do enough to stop Jack MacKenzie from providing a cross into the box.
Additionally, Neraysho Kasanwirjo was unaware of the danger Devlin posed behind him, and Souttar was right behind him, according to Sutton.Philippe Clement Rangers

It’s also important to note that at halftime, Kris Boyd on Sky Sports criticised the Gers’ style of play, calling the team “unbelievably bad.”.
