Harvey Greenslade, a striker, is Yeovil Town’s first summer addition as they get ready to return to the National League Premier.
The 20-year-old, who spent the second part of the previous season on loan at Oxford City before being released by League One team Bristol Rovers, has inked a two-year deal with the Glovers.
The Rovers youth product, who spent the first part of the previous season on loan at Truro City, expressed his excitement for boss Mark Cooper’s ambitions on the club’s official YouTube channel after playing at Huish Park.
“I’m really excited, it’s obviously a big club, and I’m really looking forward to playing my football here and meeting all the fans,” he stated. I am very excited about it as I thought it was incredibly attractive when I heard about it.
“It seemed a little strange to leave Rovers after working there for so long, but I’m excited to take on this new challenge.
