An update on Fletcher Baker and Jack Gosiewski, the injured forward combo, has been supplied by the Brisbane Broncos.
The two forwards will be out for an extended period of time due to injuries they acquired during the team’s most recent game against the New Zealand Warriors. While Gosiewski will be sidelined for at least eight weeks following his arm break, Baker’s exact return date is still undetermined.
“We would expect Jack to miss up to eight weeks while his arm heals. He was taken to a hospital in Auckland last night, and an x-ray confirmed he sustained a broken arm,” said Broncos Head of Performance Dave Ballard.
Fletcher picked up an MCL injury in his knee and will be scanned once we return to Brisbane.”
