Club Statement | Yeovil Town FC Condemns Xenophobic Sticker in Germany
24TH JUNE 2024

Yeovil Town Football Club has become aware of a sticker featuring our former logo alongside the slogan “stop the boats,” which has been observed in Germany and is circulating on social media. We want to emphatically state that Yeovil Town Football Club does not endorse or align with this message in any way.

Our club firmly opposes all forms of discrimination, xenophobia, and divisive rhetoric. We take pride in fostering an inclusive and welcoming community that values and respects individuals regardless of their background or nationality.

The unauthorized use of our logo in this context is unacceptable, and we are taking immediate measures to address this misuse. We deeply appreciate the ongoing support of our fans and community as we continue to uphold our core values of respect, unity, and diversity.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
