Beau McCreery of Collingwood Football Club has claimed victory in the Gatorade Grand Final Sprint at the 2024 Toyota AFL Grand Final, earning the title of the league’s fastest player.

Beau McCreery of Collingwood Football Club won the Gatorade Grand Final Sprint at the 2024 Toyota AFL Grand Final, earning the title of the league’s fastest player.

McCreery finished ahead of Darcy Wilson (St Kilda) and Eddie Ford (North Melbourne), who took second and third place respectively.

Sponsored by Gatorade, the sprint featured players competing in the traditional 100-meter dash across the MCG, with heats held pre-game and the final taking place during the halftime break.

As part of their commitment to supporting grassroots football, Gatorade will donate $5,000 to Cove Cobras Junior Football Club, where McCreery started his career.
