Carsales and the Sydney Swans, the dominant team in the AFL, have partnered to launch Carsales’ first joint advertising campaign. Just in time for the Swans’ victory over the Western Bulldogs last week, a new advertising campaign was unveiled.
It comes after Melbourne Storm’s successful advertising campaign.
The new “More” advertising campaign, which promotes Carsales’ extensive inventory of over 200,000 new, used, and demo automobiles, engages consumers and is based around the idea of greater choice. One of the Sydney Swans’ best players and an AFL fan favourite, Isaac Heeney, appears in the “More” advertisement. The commercial features Isaac scoring an infinite amount of goals, emphasising the idea that more is better and showcasing the wide selection of cars that Carsales has to offer.
The advertisement, which was produced in association with the creative and production firm Two Tractors, is featured on the websites of Carsales and the Sydney Swans in addition to running on paid digital and social media platforms that cater to AFL and Swans supporters.
“We at Carsales are ardent believers in all sports. “Our collaborations highlight our dedication to excellence and teamwork,” stated Rafael Constantinou, EGM of Carsales for marketing, content, and customers. “Working with the Swans team on this captivating advertisement, which showcases our partnership and establishes Carsales as Australia’s top online car marketplace, has been a lot of fun and a privilege.”
“With a long history of accomplishment, the Swans are honoured to stand with this amazing group of leaders and players who uphold our basic principles of honesty, enthusiasm, and cooperation. With Isaac Heeney’s engaging performance, this advertising campaign not only highlights these common principles but also adds a lighthearted touch, according to Constantinou.
This has been yet another wonderful project with Carsales, and I would like to thank our hardworking Two Tractors team. Projects like this are what our production, creative, and post-production teams live for, so it was wonderful to see everyone hopping on board to make it happen. The end product is fantastic, and we’re thrilled to have such a solid relationship with Carsales,” Two Tractors co-founder Rick Hargreaves said.
