On Wednesday, Sky Italia reported that West Ham United have made an offer to sign AS Roma’s Tammy Abraham.
While the details of West Ham’s proposal were initially unclear, a new report from Calciomercato has shed light on the situation.
The 26-year-old striker appears to be on his way out of the Serie A club, with West Ham among the teams vying for his signature this summer.
AC Milan are also interested in Abraham but have yet to meet Roma’s €25 million asking price. The Italian club is considering a deal that could involve a loan with an option to buy or the inclusion of one of Milan’s players in the transfer.
According to Corriere dello Sport, Roma have shown interest in Milan’s Noah Okafor and would be open to accepting him as part of the deal for Abraham. However, Milan face competition from West Ham, who have reportedly made an offer of up to €30 million for the former Chelsea forward.
Despite this, Abraham is said to prefer a move to Milan over West Ham, as joining the Rossoneri would offer him the chance to play in the Champions League and reunite with former Chelsea teammate Fikayo Tomori.
It’s also worth noting that West Ham are close to signing Borussia Dortmund star Niclas Füllkrug, which could mean that their pursuit of Abraham may no longer be a priority.
