Coventry City Championship fixtures for 2024/25 in full
Coventry City fixtures from CoventryLive as the Sky Blues kick-off away, have a happy homely Christmas and end the season at the CBS Arena

Coventry City will begin their new Championship season away at Stoke, a venue where they have triumphed in three of their last four unbeaten league visits. This match is scheduled for a televised lunchtime kickoff at 12:30 PM on Saturday, August 10.
The Sky Blues’ first home game of the season will be against newly promoted Oxford United at the CBS Arena, with a traditional 3 PM kickoff the following week. This will be followed by trips to Bristol City and a home fixture against one of the favorites for promotion, Norwich City, completing their opening month’s fixtures.
Supporters will have to wait until November and early December for the first local derbies of the season, hosting Derby County on Wednesday, November 6, and traveling to West Brom on December 11.
One of the most eagerly anticipated matches of the season falls on November 9, when Coventry City travels to face bitter rivals Sunderland, with the return fixture scheduled for March 15.
The festive period is favorable for Coventry this year, with Wayne Rooney’s Plymouth visiting on Boxing Day, followed by Millwall at home on December 29. However, they start the New Year with a challenging away trip to Cardiff on New Year’s Day.
Easter also presents a varied schedule, starting with a home game against West Brom on Good Friday, followed by a Bank Holiday Monday journey to Home Park to play Plymouth Argyle. The season concludes with a tough fixture away at Luton Town before finishing at home against Middlesbrough on the last day.
