Speaking live on talkSPORT [12 April, 08:51], Brazil ranted: “By the way, he’s got every right to complain. What a disgrace this is. It’s an absolute joke, shocking. Everton too. Somebody was talking about Leeds the other day. It’s just nonsense.”

Parlour echoed: “Absolutely. It’s all over the place, nobody knows what’s going on. Man City have still got charges against them as well. It’s ridiculous, really. It’s the supporters who lose out.”

Alan Brazil explodes in new rant after Everton verdict

Brazil’s new rant comes amid even further uncertainty in the Premier League both on and off the pitch due to the constant threat of points deductions and legal battles after the Toffees and Forest learned of their punishments.

Nottingham Forest decided they would appeal their four-point deduction, despite threats and the possibility that it could drag the final verdict beyond the end of the Premier League season in a dramatic twist to the relegation battle.

Everton are expected to do the same after their latest penalty, which could mean neither Everton nor Forest know their fate until after the final game of the season in a move which has caused plenty of outcry.

Brazil had previously spoken out to suggest the appeals could impact Arsenal next in their race for the title as they will play an Everton side on the final day of the season who may be unsure of their own future in the leauge.
