Inaugurated for the Squad Builder campaign of 2024–2025. The Club is incredibly appreciative of all the support our supporters have given in order to raise money for Paul Caddis’ playing team.
Chris Ammonds, chairman of the Bulls, said:
“What a fantastic beginning to our Squad Builder programme for 2024–2025! I would like to express my sincere gratitude to all of you for helping us surpass the £10,000 milestone in less than a week. This amount will be quadrupled because of the outstanding “match funding” commitment made by the club’s founding shareholders.
“Once more, I want to stress that every single dollar contributed to Squad Builder is set aside specifically to be used towards the playing budget as our manager assembles his team for the 2024–2025 campaign. Although everyone at Edgar Street is aware of how difficult financial conditions are right now, if you feel you can still help, please know that everyone will be grateful.
“And just to remind you, the playing budget will increase by £30,000 if 250 fans can contribute £10 a month for a full year (that’s about £2.50 a week). If 500 supporters can contribute the same amount, the total will increase to £60,000. The amazing “match funding” pledge from the Founding Shareholders would then double that £60,000 to an amazing £120,000, so there is a huge potential for the entire club’s fan base to come together and help increase the playing budget this year!
