Football Rabo continues family legacy Indra Singh

In Tahiti, Asivorosi Rabo will carry on the family heritage nine years after his father competed in the OFC Champions League.

The 19-year-old is Pita Rabo’s son, a former Fijian celebrity.

In the Fijian OCL in 2015, Pita led Suva.

The only non-Fijian player on the team is Leon Kofana, a Solomon Islander, who plays alongside brothers Isikeli Sevania Junior and Jolame Domokibau.

Iosefo Verevou and Josaia Sela, another brother pair, are also members of the team.

In addition, Monit Chand is named. Setrakei Hughes will lead the team, with Tevbita Waranivalu serving as his deputy.

Other names mentioned are young Delon Shankar and seasoned Samuela Kautoga.

On Sunday at 10 a.m. (Fiji time), Rewa takes on Auckland City in its inaugural game.

Today, Rewa is leaving for Tahiti.
