The 40-year-old initially joined the club as a player-coach from Chatham Town last summer after spells as a manager at Whitstable Town and Margate in 2022.
Drury was appointed player-manager of the Isthmian Premier Division side back in November last year, replacing Micheal Everitt and Roland Edge while the Kent side were battling relegation.
He has turned them into a much-improved outfit since the turn of the year, now sitting 15 points clear of the relegation zone with only four matches to play.
In a club statement Drury said: “I’m delighted and honoured to continue managing the club and I’m really grateful to Josh (Healey, chairman) and the rest of the board for giving me the chance to carry on the work that we’ve been doing.”
“Next season is going to be a lot better. I want to start on the front foot and be competing at the top of the table. The play-offs will be the goal from the minute we come back after pre-season.”
In total, he made 65 appearances and scored twice during his two-year spell at Portman Road.
