Huddersfield Town have reached an agreement to acquire wing-back Lasse Sorensen from Lincoln City, according to a report from Football Insider. The Terriers, who were relegated from the Championship under Andre Breitenreiter, have seen him leave and have appointed Michael Duff, formerly of Swansea City and Barnsley, as their new manager.
