Cautious Chris Sutton believes Celtic’s title battle with Rangers is far from finished, echoing Kris Boyd’s assessment of the disappointing loss to Ross County.

After a shock defeat to the Staggies, Philippe Clement abandoned their status as Scottish Premiership favourites, putting the Hoops back in control of the title race. The Hoops now have a four-point lead at the top after playing one more game than Rangers, but they will also host the Light Blues at Celtic Park in the season’s final clash.

Sutton spoke on the Daily Mail’s ‘It’s All Kicking Off’ podcast, sharing Sky Sports sparring partner Kris Boyd’s view of Clement’s side. Boyd, a former Rangers striker, criticised the intensity of the display and stated that the visitors to Dingwall would not “lift” the dire performance.
