According to a statement, Oxford United expects their planning application for a new 16,000-seat stadium near Kidlington to be reviewed in early 2025. The proposed site, known as the Triangle, includes amenities like a 180-bed hotel, restaurant, conference center, gym, and community plaza.
The club’s development team has been in regular discussions with local councils and stakeholders, making progress despite requests for additional studies. They are now exploring short-term options between the Kassam Stadium lease expiration and the completion of the new facility.
