Teenage winger Daniel Bennie from Perth Glory, an A-League team, has officially signed with QPR.
The 18-year-old Australian youth international will first be assigned to the Rangers development team.
A number of European clubs have been keeping an eye on him recently.
Although Bennie was supposed to remain in Perth for an additional season, he has made the decision to relocate this summer.
He expressed his excitement at joining QPR on the Rangers website.
“I’ve always wanted to travel from Australia to Europe, so I think this is the right move for me to make that happen.”
After a recent trial, Kieran Morgan, a midfielder, was confirmed to have signed with QPR.
After leaving Tottenham, Morgan, now eighteen, signed a contract with Rangers and would initially be a member of the development squad. There is a two-year contract in place for him.
