Forward-midfielder Zac Bailey has been given the all clear to return for the Brisbane Lions this Sunday when they take on Hawthorn at Marvel Stadium.
Zach Bailey, a forward-midfielder, has been cleared to play again for the Brisbane Lions this Sunday at Marvel Stadium against Hawthorn.
Bailey, who has missed the previous five games due to an ankle issue, fully trained on Tuesday to demonstrate that he is healthy and ready to play.
Now, the Lions have to decide if they will start Bailey against the Hawks or give him an extra week before the bye in the next round.
A further plus for the Lions is that defender Brandon Starcevich (calf) is anticipated to be available following the bye, and he is scheduled to start in Round 13 against the Western Bulldogs.
