Super Rugby Pacific Rebels will use hardship as motivation before their match against Drua

Winger Filipo Daugunu of the Melbourne Rebels has promised to convert the team’s emotions into tomorrow’s dominant performanceagainst the Swire Shipping Drua. The Rebels, who had just learned that this would be their final Super Rugby Pacific season, were on an emotional rollercoaster as they departed Melbourne for Fiji.

According to Daugunu, they are resolved to utilize this information as motivation for their next game in Lautoka.

The former Wallabies winger says of the team’s perseverance in the face of difficulty, saying, “They are focused on winning in Fiji, even though it’s difficult for them.” “Yes, it will give us the confidence and drive to play against the Drua and try to defeat them because they are skilled players in Fiji, and yes, we are prepared.”

Daugunu, however, stresses the significance of putting aside emotions and concentrating on the current work. In their four meetings, both the Rebels and the Drua have won two games apiece. The Drua take on the Melbourne Rebels at Churchill Park on Saturday at 2:05 p.m.
