Suva in danger of missing FACT

On the stage of domestic football, Suva is about to make unwelcome history.

during Tailevu Naitasiri’s 2-0 victory over Nadroga.

After eight games, Suva has five points under new coach Shabneel Prasad, the Whites’ fourth coach of the year.

This means that Tailevu Naitasiri will have seven points going into next week’s final games in the first round.

Labasa will be included in the FACT along with seven other clubs.

In the upcoming match, Suva takes on Nadi and has to win, while Tailevu Naitasiri plays Lautoka and only needs a draw to guarantee FACT qualification.

Sitiveni Cavuilagi scored twice for Lautoka, and Sakaraia Naisua and Muni Shivam Naidu also scored goals.

Suva scored through Merrill Nand and Dave Radrigai.
