The Nadi football coach has been replaced by Kamal Swamy. Raj Dayal will serve as the new head coach for the Fiji FACT in Labasa later this month, the Nadi Football Association announced in a press release posted on their Facebook page following last week’s board meeting. According to the release, Asif Khan, a former coach of the Ba, and Gurdeep Singh, a teacher, have both been chosen as assistant coaches.
Mohin Rafiq, the president of Nadi Football, expressed his confidence that the three will adequately equip the Green Machine to contend for the Fiji FACT title. In light of Nadi’s recent results in the Digicel Fiji Premier League, he continues, the adjustments were made with the team’s best interests in mind.
