We’ll try our hardest to: Ali

This year’s Digicel Fiji FACT is anticipated to be difficult for the Navua FC team.

After yesterday’s pool draws, Saiyad Ali spoke with FBC Sports and stated that all teams are competitive this year, which presents a significant challenge for them.

He said that they will be well-prepared and ready for whatever their opponent has planned for the big day.

“I think this is a tough pool for us given our performance and our opponents’ style of play, but looking at the eight teams in Super Premier, including Suva, who just defeated Nadi last week, I would say all ten teams are about equal.”

Ali said that before they go for Labasa, they would be addressing a few areas of weakness, just like other teams.

In Pool B with Rewa and Nasinu is Navua. This season, Navua was defeated in a thrilling match by Nasinu and Labasa, although Rewa is presently leading the DFPL table.

Subrail Park will host the competition from May 31 to June 2.

The location of the semi-finals and final, which take place on June 8 and 9, will be announced.
