Why Oliver Glasner was annoyed at Tyrick Mitchell during Wolves 1-3 Crystal Palace

When Crystal Palace and Wolves played in the Premier League on Saturday, Oliver Glasner was observed becoming irritated at Tyrick Mitchell.

At Molineux, the Eagles won their fifth straight Premier League game thanks to a fantastic first goal from Michael Olise and another goal from Jean-Philippe Mateta to double the score.

Then, in the second half, Ebere Eze secured all three points.

However, Oliver Glasner became irritated with Crystal Palace No. 3 during a brief period in the fifteenth minute.Mitchell Tyrick

Why Oliver Glasner was irritated by Tyrick Mitchell’s 15-minute moment

Will Hughes was pulled off the pitch early at Molineux due to what appeared to be a knee injury after colliding with Matheus Cunha.

Before Glasner could substitute someone, the Crystal Palace No. 19 exited the pitch, and Wolves went on to control the ball for a number of minutes against a mere ten men.

It made sense that the Austrian wanted to see the ball knocked out of play so he could insert Naouirou Ahamada, and when Mitchell ultimately got possession again, it appeared that might happen.

The England international, though, failed to kick the ball out and lost possession due to a careless pass nearly instantly.

The event was also noticed by Crystal Palace great Darren Ambrose, who was providing commentary on Premier Hub 3. He said, “Glasner looked a little bit frustrated with Tyrick Mitchell for not kicking the ball out there.”

The 49-year-old’s frustrations surely didn’t last long – however – as Olise then put us ahead with a majestic, curled strike in the 26th minute.

Crystal Palace – a team reborn

It is quite incredible how significantly – and how quickly – Glasner has transformed this team.

There is aggression all over the park – embodied by the tireless duo of Adam Wharton and Daniel Munoz – as well as a ruthless nature never before seen under Roy Hodgson.

Under the 76-year-old, when we rarely did go 1-0 up, that would usually be that in terms of attacking play as the Crystal Palace players sat back.
