Manchester City could make a summer move for Rayan Ait-Nouri following his incredible 2023-24 season at Wolves. The Citizens are expected to add a new full-back to their ranks this summer.

However, he went on to find his best form under Gary O’Neil and quickly reclaimed his starting spot at the start of the current season.The Wolves full-back’s incredible versatility and his ball-playing qualities have attracted interest from Manchester City ahead of the summer transfer window. However, it seems the Wanderers are not willing to give up on their “phenomenal” defender without a fight.Ait-Nouri has emerged as a potential target for Man City, with one source even claiming the Citizens are considering involving Sergio Gomez in a player-plus-cash swap deal for him.However, Fabrizio Romano believes Man City still haven’t made a final decision on signing a new left-back. The renowned journalist doesn’t expect Wolves to “make it easy” for interested clubs to sign the 22-year-old this summer as they look to keep most of their important players ahead of the next season.In addition to Ait-Nouri, Man City are heavily linked with a summer move for West Ham’s Lucas Paqueta. According to the Daily Telegraph, the Citizens are eyeing the 26-year-old as a potential replacement for Bernardo Silva.
